Zeke Rios has spent 23 years in construction and remodeling, and he built that career from the ground up. He started by taking classes in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, because he wanted to understand the systems behind a home, not just the surface. From there he bought, built, and rented houses of his own, worked for a company doing electrical and HVAC, and framed three Habitat for Humanity homes. He went on to work for several builders and to oversee and sell full remodels, which put him on nearly every kind of job site and in front of nearly every problem a space can hand you. All of that experience pointed to one focus: apartment turnovers, done fast and done right by a single crew.
